watcher发送邮件，elasticsearch应该怎么配置？

官网说明如下：
xpack.notification.email.account:
    outlook_account:
        profile: outlook
        smtp:
            auth: true
            starttls.enable: true
            host: smtp-mail.outlook.com
            port: 587
            user: <username>
            password: <password>
我 配置如下：
xpack.notification.email.account:
    outlook_account:
        profile: outlook
        smtp:
            auth: true
            starttls.enable: true
            host: smtp-mail.outlook.com
            port: 25
            user:  <llxfm>
            password: <ok!@90>
 不管我去掉<>, 或者加""都 不行，测试时总报错。哪位能 帮忙看看，这个应该怎么配置。一下是我 改动时候的 一种报错。（ps：账号和密码是可以登录的，添加到foxmail也是可以正常使用的）。 QQ：1647577074
