elastalert email报警方式:connecting to SMTP host:connection timed out

阿里云主机，elastalert服务使用email报警方式，配置没问题，只是邮件发送不出来。
日志一直是报错：
ERROR:root:Error while running alert email: Error connecting to SMTP host: [Errno 110] Connection timed out
netstat查看:
连接一直是SYN-SENT状态。
